¾ cup of Head Country Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
Preheat oven to 300.
Preheat skillet over medium heat.
Season the pork chops with the rub of your choice.
Add oil to the pan and sear the pork chops on both sides for about 4 – 5 minutes or until well caramelized.
Place pork chops in the oven on a separate sheet if not cooked all the way through.
Discard any excess oil and reduce heat to medium.
Add the Raspberry Chipotle BBQ sauce to the pan and scrape off the bits from the bottom of the pan.
Once the pork chops are cooked through, return to the skillet and toss to glaze.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
