I can’t find my favorite Head Country sauce at my local store anymore. What happened?
Sometimes stores stop ordering certain products because they misjudge how many people actually want the item. If your store stopped carrying the Head Country flavor you love, let them know! Managers can often get it back for you in no time.
I want to try Head Country but it’s not available near me. When will you be in my area?
We are working hard to put Head Country on store shelves from coast to coast. Sometimes, though, stores need to hear directly from their customers! We would greatly appreciate it if you would let your favorite local store know that you want Head Country and you want it now! It really does help. How long before my order ships?
When you receive your product from us depends on your location, but Head Country ships all orders placed before 4 p.m. Monday-Thursday within two (2) business days. Orders placed after hours on Friday or over the weekend will be processed within the next two (2) business days. Please refer to your order confirmation and tracking numbers for more specific information.
Are bulk sizes available?
Bulk sizes of certain items are available, but sorry, we do not offer online ordering of these items. If you are interested in ordering quantities of sauce greater than 50 pounds, please contact us..

Do you have a list of ingredients for your products?
Yes! Ingredients may be found on the back of every bottle. If you have further questions about ingredients not addressed by reading the label, please feel free to contact us..
Do your products have food allergens?
All Head Country products are labeled in accordance with the FDA food labeling requirements, including the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (Title II of Public Law 108-282), which requires foods that contain the major food allergens—milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans—to be labeled. At this time, all Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauces and Seasonings are free of allergens except Head Country Premium Marinade, which contains soy. Please refer to the ingredients statement on the back of every Head Country product for specific information prior to consumption. Please contact us if you have any specific question about sensitive agents in Head Country products.
Do your products contain MSG?
Our sauces do not have any added MSG, but MSG is naturally occurring in tomatoes, a core ingredient in our sauces. All of our seasonings are MSG Free.
Are your products vegetarian and vegan?
Yes! All of our products are vegetarian and vegan.
Are your products gluten-free?
Yes! All Head Country products are gluten-free.
How do you support your gluten-free claims?
Products are sent to accredited labs for gluten testing. Results are confirmed by the quality team at Head Country to ensure that the products are gluten free. Our Quality Control team will be happy to answer any questions you might have on the gluten claims.
Do your products contain High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS)?
No! In response to high consumer demand, we eliminated High Fructose Corn Syrup from all our recipes.
Has your marinade recipe changed?
Our former 12-oz. Premium Marinade recipe changed slightly due to a supplier change. We now produce a 20-oz. version. It is a very similar recipe, and is now manufactured in-house.
Do Head Country products need to be refrigerated?
Head Country sauces are shelf stable for 3 years. However, we recommend refrigerating Head Country after opening for best quality.


Which sweetener is used in your Sugar Free sauce?
The sweetener used in our Sugar Free sauce is sucralose. For more specific questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us, or to send us a message on Facebook or Instagram. We are here to help!
