If you've never had a warm, homemade potato chip, here's how you can fix that right now. Plus, you'll get to play with your air fryer. A dusting of parmesan and some BBQ ranch dipping sauce on the side make these chips seriously craveable.
For the chips:
2-3 russet potatoes
Olive oil cooking spray
Head Country Championship Sweet & Spicy Seasoning
1/4 C. grated parmesan
For the “homemade” BBQ Ranch:
1 C. mayo
1 C. buttermilk
1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Restaurant-Style Buttermilk Recipe
1/4 C. Head Country The Original Bar-B-Q Sauce
Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Using a mandolin or vegetable peeler, cut potatoes into very thin slices. Transfer to a large bowl; add enough water to cover. Soak for 15 minutes; drain.
Place potatoes on towels and pat dry. Spritz potatoes with olive oil cooking spray.
In batches, place potato slices in a single layer in air-fryer basket. Cook until crisp and golden brown, approximately 15-17 minutes, stirring and turning every few minutes.
Meanwhile, make the "homemade" BBQ Ranch. Mix mayo, buttermilk, Ranch mix, and Head Country Original sauce in a medium bowl. Set aside.
After cooking and while chips are hot, sprinkle with Head Country Championship Sweet & Spicy Seasoning and grated parmesan. Serve with “Homemade” BBQ Ranch dipping sauce.
