400 °F
30 minutes
4 lbs chicken wings, broken down into drummettes and flats
1 Tbsp Head Country BBQ Championship Original Seasoning
1 cup Head Country Honey BBQ Sauce
DIPPING SAUCE
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sour cream
2 Tbsp milk
Step 1. Preheat the grill to high heat (about 400˚F). Oil grates lightly.
Step 2. Add wings to a large bowl and add Head Country BBQ Championship Original Seasoning. Toss to coat the wings evenly in the seasoning.
Step 3. Place wings on the grill. Cover and cook for 30 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the skin is crispy and they are cooked through. They should register 165˚F internally on a meat thermometer. In the final 5 minutes of cooking, brush the wings with 1/3 cup of the sauce, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
Step 4. While the wings are cooking, make the dipping sauce by stirring together all the sauce ingredients in a small bowl until combined. Set aside in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Step 5. Remove the wings from the grill and add to a large bowl. Toss to coat the wings in the remaining sauce.
Step 6. Serve with dipping sauce.
