300-325 °F
2 HRS 15 Minutes
1 (4 lb) boneless turkey breast
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Head Country Original Championship Seasoning (or your favorite flavor!)
1/2 cup Head Country BBQ Sauce (any flavor)
Step 1 Drizzle the turkey breast with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle with Head Country Original Championship Seasoning, rubbing in until the turkey is evenly coated.
Step 2 Preheat the grill to 300˚F to 325˚F.
Step 3 Once the grill is ready, place the turkey breast on the grates, cover, and grill. Turn the turkey every 30 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 155˚F. This will take between 1 ½ to 2 hours, depending on the size of the turkey breast.
Step 4 Brush the turkey breast with BBQ sauce, cover, and continue to grill (no need to flip anymore) until it reaches 160˚F to 162˚F.
Step 5 Remove to a cutting board and cover with foil. Let rest for 15 to 20 minutes to let it rise to temperature (165˚F).
Note Be sure to place a disposable drip pan in the bottom of your grill to catch the drippings!
