Cauliflower Steak

Ingredients

For the cauliflower steaks

  • 1 large cauliflower, cut across the stalk
  • Head Country Original Seasoning
  • Oil

For the steak sauce 

  • ½ cup Head Country Original BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Head Country Original Seasoning

 

 
 
 
Instructions

For the cauliflower steaks

    1. Set up grill for up high direct heat
    2. Lightly oil the cauliflower steaks with oil and then season liberally on both sides
  • Place on the grates over direct heat and grill for 3 – 4 minutes per side.
  • Serve immediately with the steak sauce.  Garnish with parsley.

For the steak sauce

  1. Combine all ingredient and mix to combine.
