Per serving:
2 flour tortillas, warmed
1 c. leftover BBQ chicken, shredded or cubed
1/2 c. cheese
Red onion, sliced
1 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped
Juice from one slice of lime
Step 1. Fill flour tortillas with BBQ chicken.
Step 2. Top with cheese, onion, cilantro, and lime juice.
Step 3. Drizzle with Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce. Serve, and enjoy!
