When you receive your product from us depends on your location, but Head Country ships all orders placed before 4 p.m. Monday-Thursday within two (2) business days. Orders placed after hours on Friday or over the weekend will be processed within the next two (2) business days. Please refer to your order confirmation and tracking numbers for more specific information.

All Head Country products are labeled in accordance with the FDA food labeling requirements, including the Food Allergen Labeling and Consumer Protection Act of 2004 (Title II of Public Law 108-282), which requires foods that contain the major food allergens—milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans—to be labeled. At this time, all Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauces and Seasonings are free of allergens except Head Country Premium Marinade, which contains soy. Please refer to the ingredients statement on the back of every Head Country product for specific information prior to consumption. Our sauces do not have any added MSG, but MSG is naturally occurring in tomatoes, a core ingredient in our sauces. All of our seasonings are MSG Free.

Products are sent to accredited labs for gluten testing. Results are confirmed by the quality team at Head Country to ensure that the products are gluten free. Our Quality Control team will be happy to answer any questions you might have on the gluten claims.
No! In response to high consumer demand, we eliminated High Fructose Corn Syrup from all our recipes.
Our former 12-oz. Premium Marinade recipe changed slightly due to a supplier change. We now produce a 20-oz. version. It is a very similar recipe, and is now manufactured in-house.
Head Country sauces are shelf stable for 3 years. However, we recommend refrigerating Head Country after opening for best quality.
