Form the beef into 6 half-pound patties. Season each generously with Championship Seasoning—we like our Original for these burgers.
Fry the burgers in a skillet over medium-high heat, 4 minutes per side to desired doneness.
Meanwhile, using butter and another heated skillet, toast the insides of the burger buns over medium heat.
Assemble the burgers: layer a bottom toasted bun with a burger patty. Top the patty with crumbled blue cheese; drizzle generously with Sweet & Sticky sauce. Top with a toasted top bun and serve—we love these burgers with seasoned fries and baked beans.
