Pulled Pork Sliders

Around here, leftover BBQ pulled pork is a rarity. When it’s on hand, though, we love it on sliders. Simply split a sheet of sweet Hawaiian rolls, stack high with pulled pork, cheese, and crispy onions, and dinner is ready in 10 minutes.

INGREDIENTS

2 lbs of cooked pulled pork (check out our Pulled Pork recipe)
1 package of Sweet Hawaiian rolls (12 rolls)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup Head Country Bar-B-Q-Sauce (we used Apple Habanero)
2/3 cup crispy onion strings
2 TBSP honey (optional)
2 TBSP butter, melted
