Pulled Pork Sandwich

Gotta love the classics. If the BBQ Hall of Fame inducted sandwiches, this venerated combo of low-and-slow cooked pork and tangy slaw would be the first honoree. Switch it up by trying an onion bun, a combination of sauces, or with a spicy or Asian-inspired slaw.

INGREDIENTS

Smoked Pork Shoulder
Head Country Coleslaw
Choice of Buns
Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, plan on a 1:2 ratio (i.e., 1 cup sauce to 2 cups shredded pork)

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Mix meat with the Head Country Bar-B-Q sauce flavor of your choice.

Spoon meat mixture on buns, top with slaw, and serve. Enjoy!
