Pulled Pork BBQ Poutine

Our take on poutine proves our No. 1 rule: BBQ makes everything better. Our sauce takes the place of gravy in this holy trinity, rounded out by fries and cheese curds. Add BBQ pulled pork, either fresh off the smoker or leftover from the weekend, for even more stick-to-your-ribs goodness.

INGREDIENTS

1 package frozen steak fries
2 cups leftover pulled pork, sauced with Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, The Original
1 cup of cheese curds
Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, The Original
Head Country Championship Seasoning, High Plains Heat
Buttermilk Ranch Dressing

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

1. Season frozen steak fries with Head Country Championship Seasoning and cook according to package.
2. While still on the baking sheet, top fries with pulled pork and cheese curds.
3. Bake until cheese is just barely melted.
4. Top with Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce and buttermilk ranch. Serve immediately.
