COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

First, marinate the mushrooms. Heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add mushrooms and Championship seasoning; cook until soft. Remove the mushrooms to a large bowl. Add Head Country marinade and stir to combine. Set aside.

Heating the butter over medium-low heat, brown each bun slice, working in batches.

Combine Championship Seasoning with ground beef. Separate the seasoned beef into six portions, molding each one into a patty. Cook the patties to your liking—grilled on the grill, or fried in the pan. Top each burger with a slice of swiss cheese.

Turn the oven to 350 degrees.

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated mushrooms and cook until beginning to caramelize—it takes just a few minutes.

Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Add the swiss-topped burger patties to the foil. Top each patty with a portion of the mushrooms. If desired, add another slice of swiss. Add the patties to the oven and cook until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes.

Remove the patties from the oven and sandwich each with a browned bun. Garnish with chopped parsley. Enjoy!
