1 c. cauliflower rice
1/2 to 1 c. leftover BBQ chicken, cubed or shredded, reheated
1/4 c. shredded cheese
Red onion, sliced
1/2 Tbsp. cilantro, finely chopped
Slice of lime
Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce, Sugar Free
Cook cauliflower rice according to package directions.
Add cooked cauliflower rice to a serving bowl. Top with BBQ meat, cheese, onion, cilantro, and the juice from one slice of lime. Drizzle with Head Country Sugar Free BBQ sauce. Serve, and enjoy!
