2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp smoked paprika
2/3 cup Raspberry Chipotle BBQ Sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 lbs peeled and deveined jumbo shrimp
salt and pepper to taste
400˚F
17 Minutes
If you are using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes. This will help prevent them from burning too much.
In a small bowl, stir together garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, 3 Tbsp Head Country Raspberry Chipotle Bar-B-Q Sauce, and oil.
Add shrimp to a large bowl and season with salt and pepper. Pour BBQ sauce mixture into the bowl and stir to coat evenly.
Thread shrimp onto skewers, about 4 to 5 per skewer.
Preheat the grill to High heat, about 400˚F.
Place skewers on the grill, brush with Raspberry Chipotle Bar-B-Q Sauce, and cover. Cook for about 5 to 7 minutes total, flipping halfway through and brushing with additional sauce.
Sprinkle with freshly chopped parsley and serve with additional BBQ sauce for dipping.
