1 (4 lb) boneless turkey breast
1 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp Head Country Original Championship Seasoning (or your favorite flavor!)
1/2 cup Head Country BBQ Sauce (any flavor)
300-325ºF
2 hours 15 minutes
Drizzle the turkey breast with olive oil on both sides. Sprinkle with Head Country Original Championship Seasoning, rubbing in until the turkey is evenly coated.
Preheat the grill to 300˚F to 325˚F.
Once the grill is ready, place the turkey breast on the grates, cover, and grill. Turn the turkey every 30 minutes, until it reaches an internal temperature of 155˚F. This will take between 1 ½ to 2 hours, depending on the size of the turkey breast.
Brush the turkey breast with BBQ sauce, cover, and continue to grill (no need to flip anymore) until it reaches 160˚F to 162˚F.
Remove to a cutting board and cover with foil. Let rest for 15 to 20 minutes to let it rise to temperature (165˚F).
Notes
Be sure to place a disposable drip pan in the bottom of your grill to catch the drippings!
