1 4-6 oz Salmon, I prefer skinless
One bag of fresh broccoli
1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Half of a lemon
Garlic Power
Salt + Pepper

400 degrees farenheit

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
In a bowl, you are going to add your broccoli and drizzle it with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder
After it is nicely mixed and fully coated, pour it on your lined baking sheet
Place your salmon on the baking sheet and add salt, pepper and garlic powder.
In a small bowl, add Head Country Sweet Mustard Bar-B-Q Sauce with 1 tablespoon of Extra Virgin Olive Oil and half the lemon juice then whisk together.
Add mixture to the top of your salmon evening and place in your oven for about 20 minutes.
Serve the salmon on top of some mashed potatoes with the broccoli and you have yourself a easy yet delicious meal that took 30 minutes!
