On a foil lined sheet tray, split the sweet rolls and coat the bottom half with Head Country Sweet Mustard. Then layer the Swiss cheese, ham, pulled pork, another layer of Swiss cheese followed by the pickles. Add more sauce to the top half of the sweet rolls and place on top.
Add the poppy seeds to the melted butter and mix to combine. Spread out evenly over the top of the sweet rolls.
Place in the oven and cook for 20 – 30 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
