Head Country All-Purpose Marinade
275 degrees F
Cover the salmon with marinade. Do not allow salmon to sit in marinade for more than a few minutes. Place the salmon immediately onto the grill, preheated to 275 degrees F.
Allow salmon to grill for up to 20 minutes, depending on desired doneness.
Salmon can also be made in the oven, preheated to 500 degrees F. Allow the salmon to cook for 10-12 minutes, to your desired doneness.
