275 degrees F
Shake marinade well before use.
Use up to a cup of marinade to coat pork chops. Add chops to marinade for 45 minutes. Remove chops from marinade and dust lightly with Head Country Original Championship Seasoning.
Smoke at 275 degrees F for 45 minutes. You can also grill these chops on at 325 degrees F for 4-5 minutes per side. Try baking them at 425 degrees F for 4-5 minutes per side, broiling to finish to add flavor and color.
Pull chops off the smoker and brush on a coat of your choice of Head Country Bar-B-Q Sauce. Add chops back to the smoker for another 5 minutes to allow the sauce to thicken to a glaze. Serve with roasted veggies and your favorite BBQ sides. Enjoy!
