Classic Loaded Egg Salad

Our Seasoning adds just the right depth and flavor to take this lunch-and-brunch classic from as-usual to legendary.

INGREDIENTS

10-12 eggs, hard boiled, peeled, and chopped
1 c. mayo
1/4 c. brown or spicy mustard
4-6 slices of bacon, cooked and chopped
pepper
Head Country Championship Seasoning, Original
Salad greens like spinach or arugula, or good sandwich bread, like ciabatta
