Chicken Bacon Cheddar Sheet Pan Meal

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 8 strips of thick cut bacon
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Your favorite Head County BBQ Rub
  • Head Country Sweet Mustard BBQ Sauce

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 400.
  2. On a foil lined sheet tray, line up the bacon and chicken.  Season with your favorite rub.
  3. Place in the oven.  After 20 minutes, check doneness of chicken and bacon.  Pull any items that have finished cooking.  Continue cooking until the bacon is crispy and chicken cooked through.
  4. Afterwards, cover the chicken breasts with the bacon and cheddar cheese.  Return to the oven for a couple minutes to melt the cheese.
  5. Remove from the oven and serve immediately with Sweet Mustard BBQ sauce for dipping.
