Baby Back Ribs

Comments:
These super tender, falling-off- the-bone, baby back ribs! Enjoy! Marinating overnight makes the difference.
Submitted by: Rachel Domencic

Ingredients:
2 lbs pork baby back ribs
liquid smoke
Head Country Seasoning
1 bottle Head Country BBQ
Heavy Duty Non-stick aluminum foil

Steps:
Remove the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs. Brush both sides liberally with liquid smoke and season with Head Country Seasoning. Brush the ribs liberally with Head Country barbeque sauce and place each portion on two layers of the heavy duty non-stick foil. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight.
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Bake ribs wrapped tightly in the foil at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from foil and place on a broiler pan. Brush with more sauce, and broil on Hi for 5 minutes.
