Baby Back Ribs |

These super tender, falling-off- the-bone, baby back ribs! Enjoy! Marinating overnight makes the difference. |

Ingredients: 2 lbs pork baby back ribs liquid smoke Head Country Seasoning 1 bottle Head Country BBQ Heavy Duty Non-stick aluminum foil

Steps: Remove the silver skin membrane from the back of the ribs. Brush both sides liberally with liquid smoke and season with Head Country Seasoning. Brush the ribs liberally with Head Country barbeque sauce and place each portion on two layers of the heavy duty non-stick foil. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 8 hours, or overnight. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Bake ribs wrapped tightly in the foil at 300 degrees F (150 degrees C) for 2 1/2 hours. Remove from foil and place on a broiler pan. Brush with more sauce, and broil on Hi for 5 minutes.
